Yelena Reznikova is Global Head of Partnerships at Bridge, where she leads the company’s global FX partner strategy and plays a central role in launching Bridge’s stablecoin infrastructure across emerging markets. She oversees strategic relationships spanning bank infrastructure, FX and crypto liquidity partners, local on/off-ramps, and referral channels, helping fintechs and platforms embed next-generation cross-border payments into their products.

Prior to Bridge, Yelena led Business Development initiatives at Brex and Plaid, where she developed embedded fintech distribution channels, built global data access networks with financial institutions, and served on the board of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX). Yelena holds a B.Sc. from Cornell and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
