William is the CEO of Column, a nationally chartered bank and technology company. Prior to Column, William co-founded Plaid, a financial infrastructure company valued at over $6 billion, where he served as Chief Technical Officer and President. He started his career at Bain & Co., and serves on the boards of Plaid and Scale AI.
