Tom Halpin joined HSBC in 2007 and has held numerous senior positions in GPS, currently Head of NAM GPS and previously the Global Head of Payment Products. Prior to joining HSBC, Tom spent 17 years at JPM in a variety of roles in Treasury Services including Global Head of Trade Product Management, Payment Strategy, Payment and Trade Operations, and Product Executive for USD Clearing. Tom currently serves on PayCo board of The Clearing House and Payment Risk Committee of Federal Reserve Bank. Previously, Tom was a member of SWIFT and BAFT committees as well.

Tom has a BS in Finance and Computer Science from Fordham University and an Executive MBA from Columbia University.
