Susan is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Keesler Federal Credit Union ($4.2B in assets). She is a strategic brand leader with over 25 years of experience across financial services, technology, and sports partnerships. Prior to KFCU, as SVP of Brand & Growth Marketing at VyStar Credit Union, she played a pivotal role in expanding its reach with high-profile sponsorships including the Orlando Magic. As CMO at 18Birdies, her tenure witnessed rapid user growth and strategic partnerships with the LPGA and Tiger Woods Foundation. Susan started her career in financial services at Citigroup, where she was the SVP of Global Marketing and Director of Branding for Citi Cards North America.

Song holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and AB in International Relations / Hispanic Studies from Brown University.
