As Vice President, Loyalty Programs at WestJet, Steve is responsible for driving and managing WestJet's Loyalty Programs, including Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Loyalty Governance, CoBrand Enhancements, and Membership Rewards programs.

Steve has over 25 years of experience managing Loyalty Programs and leading teams in the aviation industry, most recently joining WestJet in 2022. Prior to that, Steve also held senior Loyalty and Analytics roles in Commercial Banking, Petro-Chemical industries, and Management Consulting firms.

Graduating from the University of Calgary, Commerce Management, Steve also holds his CFA along with an MBA from Western University, where he was both on the honour roll and served as valedictorian for his graduating year.
