As Senior Managing Director, Association Services at Nacha, Stephanie leads the department responsible for activities that support Nacha’s role as an industry association, including membership development and relations, conferences and education, sales, virtual and distance learning, and professional accreditation. Prior to her role at Nacha, Stephanie spent 13 years as an Assistant Vice President at First Virginia Banks, Inc.
