Silvia Motta is the Chief Financial Officer of Hashdex, overseeing the company’s Finance, Strategy, and Human Resources functions. She brings over 15 years of experience leading strategic, financial, and operational initiatives across global organizations and high-growth technology firms. Before joining Hashdex, Silvia worked at McKinsey & Company, where she advised leading corporations on strategy and organizational transformation. She later led strategic planning for Coca-Cola in Brazil and managed venture capital investments at Movile, the investment arm of the Prosus Group (PRX), supporting the growth of some of Latin America’s most successful technology startups. Her career also spans private equity and entrepreneurial ventures, giving her a unique perspective on scaling innovative businesses and building resilient teams. Silvia holds dual degrees in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio and École Centrale de Lyon, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
