Sarthak Pattanaik is an engineering leader at BNY, where he serves as the Head of the Artificial Intelligence Hub, and Head of Engineering for Depository Receipts, Digital Assets, Treasury Services, and Clearance.

He is responsible for the strategy, buildout, adoption and scaling of Artificial Intelligence capabilities in the bank. In addition, he leads the engineering teams that are responsible for the AI Hub, Depository Receipts, Treasury, Clearance, Payments, Liquidity, Trade services, and Digital Assets groups.

Sarthak holds three patents related to the use of blockchain technology and is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM®).
