Reetika leads Innovation, Partnerships and Digital for Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking at Wells Fargo. She and her team are focused on accelerating the development and implementation of commercial, corporate and investment banking digital offerings and market-competitive capabilities. Her team ensures our clients and partners are successful by providing access to critical digital tools, insights and information to help manage their business where and how they want it.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Reetika was the head of digital for the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase, where she increased client satisfaction of digital assets 75% year-over-year and launched best-in-class functionality across Commercial Banking digital.

Reetika continues to be passionate about elevating women within the fintech space and supporting new innovation as she is on the Board of Women in Fintech, a non-profit that promotes education and networking, and holds a seat on the Strategic Advisory Board at FTV Capital.
