As a visionary thought leader and a champion of innovation, he has successfully led various functions, ranging from Accounts and P2P, payments, Pix, Cards, Open Banking, Procurement, Credit, and Investments Operations.

Chalub's expertise also extends beyond Inter&Co; he is the chairman of Granito, a successful payments specialized company. He holds an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Degree, an MBA in Project Management, and a Masters in Innovation. Chalub is based in Miami, Florida and his exceptional leadership continues to propel the banking and payments industry worldwide.
