Ray is the COO of Inter & Co (NASDAQ: INTR).

He brings 10+ years in digital banking spanning instant payments, card issuance, merchant acquiring, investments, treasury, credit underwriting, and automation. He has served as board chair and director at the merchant acquiring space.

A Wharton alumnus, Ray also holds a master’s in Business Models Innovation, an MBA in Project Management, and a bachelor’s in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering.
