Paul Chang is the Head of Payment Networks within the AWS Financial Services organization responsible for payments market development, strategy, and helping customers with their digital transformation journey.

He leads AWS’s efforts to build trusted partnerships with leading payment companies to develop scalable solutions using enterprise cloud computing, networking, and storage and accelerating the client’s time-to-value.

Prior to joining AWS, Paul spent twenty-two years in the payments and banking industry where he led the migration of domains from legacy mainframe applications to cloud microservices, drove adoption of digital wallets, and developed standards to ensure global interoperability.
