Pablo Arboleda Niño is an industrial engineer and finance specialist from Universidad de los Andes. In 2010, he earned a master’s degree in Public and Urban Policy from The New School University in New York, supported by a Bancolombia scholarship.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, primarily at Grupo Bancolombia, Pablo began his career leading risk management in the group's leasing division.

After completing his studies, he spearheaded initiatives to strengthen the organization’s analytical capabilities, ultimately founding the Analytical Capabilities Department, which later evolved into the Data Management and Usage Environment.

Today, he serves as the Vice President of Analytics, Data, and AI at Grupo Bancolombia. In 2024, Pablo expanded his leadership role by becoming the CEO of Wenia, a new company within the Group focused on bringing people closer to digital assets.
