Nik is a tech attorney with broad experience in product, regulatory, and compliance counseling in the financial services industry. He focuses on helping companies navigate complex legal issues as they develop new products, deal with legal and regulatory changes, manage risk and compliance challenges, and expand into new markets. Nik currently leads the regulatory legal team for the Americas at Airwallex, advising on their business in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Prior to joining Airwallex, Nik served in in-house regulatory, product, and compliance counsel roles at Marqeta, Visa, and Wells Fargo.
