Nicole is a Customer Success executive with experience leading high performing Customer Success teams in fast-paced environments which have delivered exemplary customer satisfaction, retention and growth rates. She has a proven reputation as a driven, creative, outcome-focused leader that specializes in leveraging AI based technology to increase efficiency, building lasting relationships based on trust and creating a culture that puts the customer at the center of an organization.

Nicole has significant experience in early-stage start-ups which are establishing their operational processes, product market fit and designing the customer journey. She is currently the VP of Customer Success at Quantifind.

Nicole has previously held leadership roles at financial technology companies such as Featurespace, Ironscales and TSYS and brings an extensive background in customer experience, and consulting. Nicole has a master’s degree in law from USC Gould School of Law. She serves on President’s Advisory Board of PayTech Women.
