Nancy McDonnell is Managing Director and Head of Treasury Solutions at Texas Capital, where she leads the firm’s treasury and liquidity businesses, driving innovation in capital and cash management solutions. With over 30 years of leadership experience, she previously served as Global Head of Commercial Banking at JPMorgan overseeing a global business. Beyond her corporate work, McDonnell is a board member of the Texas Tech University Foundation Board and is a recipient of the 2021 Distinguished Alumni Award from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration. McDonnell was a founding partner of the Excellence in Banking program at Texas Tech University in 2020. She was selected as a Fellow by the International Women's Foundation and is currently and active member of the International Women's Foundation Chapter in Dallas.
