Mike has spent his career scaling high-growth companies to successful exits. Before SHIELD, he was SVP of Sales at Happy Returns, a UPS company, where he led revenue strategy and operations through two major acquisitions, first by PayPal in 2021, then by UPS in a $465M deal in 2023. Earlier, as VP of Sales at Scalefast, he grew revenue 30x in 5 years and helped lead its $300M acquisition by eShop World. He also founded CreatorZoo, which was acquired by Scalefast.
