At First Citizens Bank, she orchestrates marketing and client experience functions to effectively serve the bank's clients and generate tangible business outcomes.

Previously, Michelle served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Silicon Valley Bank for 11 years, steering initiatives to advance SVB’s mission to increase the probability of its innovative clients’ success. She strengthened SVB’s client experience capabilities by building teams focused on strategy alignment, experience design and customer insights. Under her leadership, SVB launched its "Make Next Happen Now" campaign to highlight the entrepreneurs behind SVB’s clients and its "Yes, SVB" campaign to reestablish trust in the brand after its acquisition by First Citizens Bank.
