Megan Caywood is the Founder & CEO of Caywood, an AI-powered WealthTech startup based in London. Originally from San Francisco, she moved to the UK after being awarded an Exceptional Talent Visa for her groundbreaking work in fintech.

She joined the founding team at Starling Bank in 2016 as Chief Platform Officer, where she helped build its technology, brand, and product strategy from the ground up, earning recognition in Forbes 30 Under 30 for leadership and innovation.

Megan subsequently joined Barclays where she served as Head of Digital Strategy and later as Chief Product Officer. She also chaired the Digital, Tech & Cyber Board at UK Finance, shaping national banking and regulatory policy.

Megan is now an Ambassador for Global Women in AI, where she advises on AI policy, technology adoption, and global advocacy, and is widely recognized as a leading voice on the future of AI and financial services.
