Lisa Lansdowne-Higgins is currently Senior Vice President, Deposits, Cash Management, and Channels for RBC Commercial Banking. In her role, Lisa oversees the strategic direction and performance of its market-leading deposits and cash management business, while leading cross functional agile teams driving transformational change for the business. She is accountable for scaling RBC Commercial Banking’s transaction banking product and channel capabilities to enable differentiated, holistic solutions for clients; expanding access to new cash management, international payments and trade solutions; and enhancing RBC’s digital platforms.

As a visionary leader, Lisa has delivered next generation business solutions for customers, harnessing innovation to accelerate business growth and creating value for RBC’s clients and employees.

Lisa has over 30 years of banking experience with extensive expertise in payments and global transaction banking. She previously sat on the Board of Directors for SWIFT and Canadian Payments Association, and received the 2018 Women in Payments Innovation Award.
