Lesley is the CEO and co-founder of U Impact. Before founding U Impact, she spent over a decade working for JP Morgan, Barclays and Mizuho in London. She holds two Master’s degrees, in Finance and Industrial Management, from the University of Cambridge. In 2021, she founded U Impact in Berlin with the mission to mobilise private investments towards sustainability.

A TEDx speaker, Lesley has been recognised as an ESG leader on the Women in Fintech Powerlist by Innovate Finance. She regularly speaks at major conferences such as Money 20/20, Innovate Finance IFGS, and FIBE Berlin, addressing topics in sustainable finance, and diversity & inclusion.
