Lee Bagan is the Director of Global Intelligence at Bridge Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of Stripe, Inc. He is recognized as the architect of Bridge’s Financial Crimes Program and co-lead of its Compliance Program, which helped drive Bridge’s growth and acquisition by Stripe in 2025.

Before joining Bridge in 2024, Lee served as a U.S. Army Special Forces Officer (Green Beret) with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Lebanese-Syrian border. He later became the first Special Operations Director at the U.S. Treasury, appointed by the Commanding General of U.S. Army Special Operations Command.

While on active duty, Lee earned a J.D. from Stanford Law in two years and simultaneously pursued a Ph.D. on criminality in the digital asset sector. He is a Life Member of the Special Forces Association, serves on the Board of the Green Beret Foundation, and is a Distinguished Member of the Special Forces Regiment.
