Biography
Krystin Kopen is Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Emerging Technology Legal team. At the cutting edge of technology and finance, she provides strategic legal guidance on innovative technologies such as blockchain, tokenized assets, artificial intelligence, and immersive technology. Before joining JPMorgan, Krystin was Corporate Counsel for FIS’ capital markets division and its merchant division, Worldpay, focusing on crypto and blockchain product development and strategic partnerships.
Beyond her legal expertise, Krystin is an artist, pianist, bibliophile, francophone, adventurer, and lifelong learner holding a B.A. in English and French from Washington University in St. Louis, an M.A. in French from Middlebury College, a J.D. from Villanova University, and an LL.M. in French and European Law from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
