Kimberly Bella has over 15 years of experience in data strategy and commercialization, currently leads Market Leadership & Growth Platforms at the Global Data Office at Visa. There, she manages a multi-year, Global Consumer Empowerment Study, develops data-driven solutions that enhance customer value, generate revenue, and address social issues.

Prior to Visa, Kimberly worked as a Management Consultant focused on Financial Services Growth Strategies at KEARNEY and AlixPartners. As a former Fellow at the World Economic Forum, Kimberly played a key role in the Data for Common Purpose Initiative, promoting data sharing while safeguarding individual rights. Driven by her mission to empower consumers to leverage data for good, she works to inspire others to do the same with practical solutions.
