Kartik Kaushik leads the U.S. Cash Management business within RBC Capital Markets.

Prior to RBC, Kartik spent 12 years with Citigroup, most recently as head of Digital Lending & Payments for the U.S. Consumer Bank. His tenure also included roles as CEO Consumer & Commercial Bank for Citi India and Global Head of Strategy & Business Development for Transaction Banking Business.

Prior to Citi, Kartik was Global President and Partner of Polaris Software. He helped Polaris transform into a top-tier financial services products and solutions provider.

Before Polaris, Kartik spent 10 years in consumer marketing at Hindustan Unilever and Asian Paints. He was also a founding leader of Dr. Smilez, transforming India’s oral healthcare segment.

Kartik has served on the boards of Polaris Software UK, Intellect-SEEC, and INNOTRIBE, Swift’s innovation arm.

He majored in Physics at Delhi University and earned an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
