Josh Campos is an analytics executive with over 12 years of experience in building machine learning, MLOps, and AI applications. He began his journey in predictive analytics in the investment industry, focusing on risk assessment and mitigation in equities and derivatives markets. Josh later transitioned to the lending industry, where he developed credit risk, fraud, and marketing models, and introduced MLOps to optimize underwriting processes.

As a leader, Josh is passionate about people development and has built and nurtured several teams from the ground up. In 2021, he was appointed Head of Enterprise Data Science, ML & AI Engineering, overseeing all aspects of data science, MLOps, and AI application development. Recently, Josh has been spearheading efforts to utilize AI and LLM technology to enhance capabilities, including payment processing and customer negotiation.

When not working on AI, Josh enjoys backpacking with his wife in remote locations around the world.
