Jess Turner is Executive Vice President, Global Head of Open Finance & Developer Experience at Mastercard and a member of the company’s Management Committee. She leads Mastercard’s Open Finance business and oversees the development and build-out of new products and technologies to unlock an open data future rooted in innovation, security and inclusion across a global ecosystem. Jess is also responsible for Mastercard’s Developer Experience, enabling developers to seamlessly embed Mastercard solutions into their products and services.

An experienced architect of payment experiences, data analytics and digital solutions, Jess was previously Mastercard’s Executive Vice President of New Digital Infrastructure and Fintech. In this role, she led the strategy, design, development and commercialization of Mastercard products including blockchain, digital assets, crypto and open banking. She also drove fintech innovation across platforms including Mastercard’s global startup engagement program, Start Path.
