Jennifer Cruz is Senior Vice President of U.S. Credit and U.S. & Canadian Acceptance within Discover Network part of Discover Financial Services. Discover Network connects participants across the payments ecosystem to provide acceptance to cardholders. Jennifer is responsible for the strategic growth of U.S. Credit focused on overall profitability as well as merchant acceptance within the U.S. and Canada.

Jennifer has been with Discover for 20 + years. Prior to her current role, she has held the role of Vice President of Discover Network Global Marketing, responsible for acceptance marketing efforts across two hundred countries and increasing awareness and consideration for the Network brand with constituents throughout the payment ecosystem. Jennifer also was Vice President of the US Network Operations and Client support leading a team of 120 professionals focused on providing premier customer service to 500+ participants.
