Biography

Jacqueline O’Flanagan leads Microsoft’s financial services strategy for the Americas, empowering institutions with AI driven strategies and technology to enhance experiences, reduce costs, and drive innovation. With over 20 years in global sales, management, and IT, she excels in leading high-performance teams in complex environments.

Previously, Jacqueline was the Financial Services Industry Lead at Microsoft Canada. Before Microsoft, she was the Global Head of Consulting Services at CGI for Global Wealth and Capital Markets, and the Head of Canada for the London Stock Group, implementing innovative technology and data solutions.

Jacqueline is a strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, promoting a culture of inclusion through positive efforts. She is passionate about leadership, talent development, and mentoring women in financial services. Currently, she is the executive sponsor for the Women at Microsoft Employee Resource Group (ERG).
