Hartley Thompson is President of Microblink, a global leader in AI-powered identity verification solutions.

He is the founder and president of the community support and relief nonprofit Thompson Legacy Foundation, a founding board member of the education and equity nonprofit GrayBridge, and an advisory board member and coach helping black CEOs achieve business success at Beyond CEO Coaching.

Prior to Microblink, Hartley founded the early to mid-market investing group Sun-Sea Enterprises and served as president of the healthcare software company B-Line Medical, which was acquired in 2019.

Hartley has an MS in information management from the University of Maryland and a BS in management information systems from Liberty University.
