As President and Co-Founder of Biller Genie, she has scaled the company by expanding its subscriber base and building a high-performing culture. Previously, she guided Direct Connect through a management recapitalization and sale to Priority Payment Systems and held leadership roles at Century Payments and eMerchantPay. Shah’s honors include NYC Fintech Women’s CEO of the Year, ETA’s 40 Under 40, Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and Forbes Next 100. She founded Brown Girls on a Mission to empower women of color in business and tech and is a sought-after speaker on fintech, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Shah holds a BS from Boston University and an MBA from Rollins College. A lifelong dancer, she still performs, including at Orlando Magic halftime shows.
