Gabriella Kusz MBA, MPP, CPA: Gabriella Kusz presently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BlockFills. Alongside her full-time role, Gabriella serves on the Board of the Association for Women In Crypto as well as serving as Convenor for the ISO Technical Committee 68 Advisory Group on AI and Financial Services. Prior to joining BlockFills, Kusz was co-founder and CEO of the Global DCA, a self-regulatory organization for the digital asset industry. In this capacity she worked to advance responsible innovation globally through business development, government relations and the design and development of core principles to guide industry actors around the world. Kusz's career began in the field of international economic and financial sector development. Previously, she led the corporate governance and financial reporting workstream for the World Bank's Middle East and North Africa region and served as the Principal for Strategic Initiatives at the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
