Gabriel Gruber is the Founder and CEO of the Exa App, an onchain financial platform that allows users to spend, borrow, and save using crypto—powered by the Exactly Protocol. Exa brings traditional financial services onchain, offering a seamless experience with features like fixed-rate lending, variable interest accounts, and crypto-backed payments.

Gabriel also founded the Exactly Protocol, the decentralized, non-custodial infrastructure that powers the Exa App. It enables users to exchange the time value of assets at fixed and variable rates, completing the missing layer in DeFi credit markets.

Previously, Gabriel was Co-Founder and CEO of Properati, acquired by OLX Group in 2018, where he continued as General Manager and led the expansion across Latin America.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (cum laude) from the University of Buenos Aires, and has worked at the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) and Tilton Capital. Outside of work, he’s an avid runner.
