Her previous experience includes roles at TPG, Affirm, Visa and Pandora. She is currently, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Navan, Inc., the leader in transforming travel. At Navan, she oversees a team of professionals driving marketing and communications for the company. At Affirm, Erika was also a core member of the team leading the $12 billion IPO in early 2021.
