Elspeth Bloodgood, AAP, NCP, is a Senior Advisory Technical Product Manager for Jack Henry’s PayCenter group. She is a subject matter expert for things related to the Zelle®, FedNow®, and RTP® networks, and she has played a major role in bringing those payment rails to market for community financial institutions. Elspeth has been in the payments industry for nearly 20 years, starting with a stint on the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X9B Financial Services Operations Subcommittee—the group that created the Image Replacement Document (IRD) standard for Check 21. She has been a frequent work group member for Nacha, the Faster Payments Council and its predecessors, and other cross-industry groups, and she currently serves as the Treasurer for the Board of the Faster Payments Council. Elspeth also has experience with online Bill Pay through her work with the Jack Henry iPay team.
