Elena Casal is the Chief Client Officer at The Clearing House and is responsible for managing the holistic customer experience with its customers and partners. Current priorities include growing the RTP® network across US participants, evolving the customer engagement model for all TCH products (RTP network, CHIPS, ACH and check image exchange), as well as promoting all aspects of the company’s work to its diverse target segments.

Prior to joining The Clearing House, Elena held regional and global product management positions at FIS, Clear2Pay and Fiserv focused on building products and services across the global enterprise payments landscape. Additionally, she spent time working at the Federal Reserve Bank within the Retail Product Office and Monetary Policy Divisions working on cross-border activities and economic policy in Latin America.

Elena currently serves on the Women in Payments Advisory Board, the P20 Board as well as the Girls on the Run Board.
