Diana Hennel is the Chief Technology Officer at Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union, responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of technology systems and processes. She oversees network operations, development, and information security.

Diana joined Catalyst Corporate in 2017 and brings over 25 years of experience in technology and operations, including 15 years in executive management. Prior to Catalyst, she served as VP of Delivery at Targetbase and CIO of TMX Finance. Diana has also held leadership roles at ARGO Data and Fiserv. She serves on the boards of Aptys Solutions, TranzCapture, LLC, and High Tech High Heels.

In 2021, she was named one of Dallas’ Most Influential Women in Technology by the Dallas Business Journal. Diana received her Bachelor's degree in math and computer science from Mount Union University and a Master's degree in computer science from the University of Illinois.
