David is Global Head of Hedging at Convera where he leads the team responsible for the design, distribution and sales governance of Convera’s regulated hedge offering. He joined Convera after nearly 20 years with KeyBank in Cleveland, OH where he worked in various sales and leadership roles crafting FX execution and risk management strategies for corporate, private equity and institutional clients.

David is a past faculty member of Kent State University where he taught courses on the structure and regulation of various financial markets as well as investment portfolio theory.

David graduated from The University of Alabama with a BS in Finance and a MA in Banking and Finance with concentrations in Investment Management and Financial Engineering.
