Consolata "Connie" Ochieng is a seasoned finance marketing professional. She currently serves as the Director of Marketing for Arro Finance, a startup based in California. Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, Connie now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she brings her global perspective and diverse experiences to her role.

Connie's educational journey is a compelling blend of science and the arts. She is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, building on her bachelor’s degree in IT and a master’s degree in strategic communication. Her unique academic background and nearly fifteen years of finance marketing experience highlight her deep expertise and knowledge.

Connie is passionate about the intersection of data, financial analysis, and marketing, using these tools to develop financial products and innovative strategies that boost customer engagement. Outside of work, Connie loves traveling and outdoor adventures and cherishes time with her husband and two sons.
