Chad has over 30 years of experience in banking and technology and held roles in product management, consulting, marketing, solution development and sales. In terms of banking, Chad has spent most of his time in retail banking but has also worked on projects in corporate and commercial banking, private banking and wealth management.

From a technology standpoint, Chad has expertise in Gen AI/Agentic AI, fraud and compliance solutions, productivity applications, contact center, knowledge management, and CRM related solutions and spent most of his career applying those technologies to the unique needs of banking organizations.

Chad has a keen interest in fraud/financial crime and understanding how the rapid evolution Gen AI/Agentic AI has changed that area and how technology can be used to thwart bad actors and prevent fraud.

Chad holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington and speaks fluent Japanese
