Biography
Caroline Willard is president and CEO of Cornerstone League, representing credit unions in five states. Since 2017, she has led Cornerstone and its subsidiaries, driving growth across both for-profit and nonprofit entities while advocating for credit unions nationally and locally.
She serves on the boards of Credit Unions for Kids, Credit Union House, and the American Association of Credit Union Leagues, and previously served as vice chair of the CUNA board before its merger with NAFCU.
Willard’s prior roles include EVP of markets and strategy at CO-OP Financial Services and leadership positions at Downey Savings and American First Credit Union. She holds a BA from CSU Fullerton and an MBA from Pepperdine.
