Carolina boasts over 20 years in the Financial Services industry, leading digital transformations, building businesses and expanding credit portfolios. Currently serving as EVP of Financial Services at Clip, responsible for evolving the business model to create a leading ecosystem to support SMEs in Mexico.

Previously, she led the Customer Experience, Digital Channels and Platforms verticals at Bradesco, including the leadership of Open Finance initiative and implementing customer-centric strategies. Carol had also held executive positions at HSBC, Itaú-Unibanco, mainly focused on product portfolios for Retail Bank. She is passionate about new experiences, creative solutions and building high performance teams around a clear purpose.
