Brittany Decker is Sr. Director, Head of Sponsor Banks in North America. The Sponsor Bank team specializes in relationship management and business development across third party issuing, merchant acquiring and money movement solutions. Brittany is responsible for the business growth and enablement strategy for the sponsor banks who support third-party program managers, fintechs, BaaS, merchants, payfacs, and processing partners.

Brittany joined Visa in 2011, beginning in the issuer processing organization before supporting bank and credit union relationships within the Community Issuer segment. In 2018, she took ownership of the BIN Sponsor Bank portfolio leading the team across the US. Prior to joining Visa, Brittany held business development positions in software sales divisions and professional sports marketing organizations. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.
