Brian Kaas serves as the president and managing director of TruStage Ventures, LLC, a leading venture fund in the fintech space. He oversees all aspects of TruStage’s venture capital program and serves as a board member for several banking technology, lending and fintech companies. Brian is a frequent speaker on fintech trends and routinely advises credit unions on best practices for leveraging partnerships with fintechs. In addition, Brian is senior vice president of corporate development at the broader TruStage organization where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing a broad range of strategic transactions for the organization.

Prior to joining the company in 2012, Kaas was a law partner at Foley & Lardner. He has a broad range of legal and corporate experience in complex commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, reinsurance and corporate restructurings.
