Dr. Brandi Stankovic is an organizational change expert, motivational speaker, artist, and mom who energizes firms globally with her bold leadership models, engagement strategies, and award-winning education. As a trusted advisor and strategic planning facilitator, she guides CEOs and Boards on risk, culture, profitability, and growth. Dr. Stankovic is coauthor of The Strategic MVP and host of the dynamic podcast The Strategic Hotbox.

She is a director and cofounder of CU Pride, supporting the LGBTQ+ community and allies, and serves on the CMN Hospitals Credit Unions for Kids advisory group, HRD Network Board, and is both a CUDE and I-CUDE. Brandi volunteers with the World Council of Credit Unions, advancing women and young leaders globally.

She holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics (University of Nevada), an MBA (University of San Diego), and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership (Pepperdine University).
