Boe Hartman is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Nomi Health, bringing nearly 30 years of global experience in technology and banking to the role. His career includes leadership positions at major financial institutions such as Capital One, Barclays, and Goldman Sachs.​

At Goldman Sachs, Hartman served as co-Chief Information Officer and CTO of Consumer Technology, where he led the development of the firm's credit card offering and oversaw technology hiring. Prior to that, as CIO at Barclaycard, he managed the global technology infrastructure supporting billions of financial transactions. He also held various leadership roles at Capital One, including Vice President positions in Consumer Sales and Service Infrastructure and Strategic Infrastructure and Transformation.​ Hartman holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Science from West Virginia University and a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
