Betsy is the Chief Marketing Officer at Thredd, the UK-based global issuer processor, where she leads the firm’s marketing and communications strategy and delivery.

Betsy has over 30 years cross-functional experience in global financial services and fintech organisations, and brings a customer- and consumer-focused perspective to payments marketing informed by broad leadership expertise across a variety of roles. Prior to Thredd, Betsy held key positions at Fiserv, First Data and the STAR debit network in the US. Most recently she was Chief of Staff of Fiserv’s Digital Banking & International groups. She has also led brand marketing, product marketing and customer communications and account management at First Data and STAR.

Betsy is passionate about diversity, inclusion and childhood development. She is a long-term HIV survivor and foster/adoptive parent, and actively advocates and speaks on these topics.
