Adam Turnbull leads Square Banking, a suite of digital financial products designed to help small businesses grow. He's on a mission to change the game, for merchants around the world, from surviving to thriving. He has spent 20 years in digital product development in financial services, health and fitness, and transportation, in the US and Europe.

Previously Adam was Vice President, Product at American Express, where he was responsible for customer acquisition, identity and onboarding capabilities across Amex's products, developing the technical partnerships with the likes of Amazon, Delta Airlines, and Credit Karma, and helping to launch new product lines like Amex Business Checking. Earlier, he launched new brands for Equinox Fitness, including Precision Run and Equinox Hotels.
