/ Do You Offer Discounts?
Group discounts are provided when purchasing 3 or more passes together in a single transaction. The system automatically applies the discount when you add 3 or more passes to your basket. These discounts are applicable only to Standard passes, and combining multiple discounts simultaneously is not possible.
/ Is There A Deadline To Register For Money20/20?
Our delegates can register up to and throughout the show. We recommend securing your pass early to lock the best rate. You can also secure your pass onsite at Badge Pick Up.
/ I Don’t Know The Details Of The Delegates Who Will Be Attending Yet. Can I Still Register Them?
Delegate registration without details is possible until Sunday August 25th, 2024. After that, details are required, but don’t worry, you can make changes to names later if plans change free of charge directly from the Pass manager of your account.
/ I'd Like To View The Money20/20 Attendee List Before I Purchase My Pass, Is This Possible?
Registered delegates will be able to view, sort, and filter the attendee list in the Money20/20 Connect App when it launches. GDPR and internal policies prohibit sharing delegate data with individual delegates and sponsors.

/ I Have Booked My Pass But I Don’t Want To Appear On The Money20/20 Connect App. How Do I Opt Out Of Networking?
You will have the option to opt in/out of networking and update your preferences directly on your online pass registration form or get in touch with us for assistance.
/ Will You Share My Personal Data With Third Parties?
Money20/20 owns all rights to the attendee list and does not sell the list to third parties. Your information is confidential and we process it responsibly. We will only share personal data with our selected partners and sponsors to enhance the attendee experience. If required, personal data will be shared with public and/or governmental authorities, brands within Ascential, IT and analytics providers and/or agency partners.
/ I Can Only Attend For One Day, Can I Transfer My Pass To Somebody Else?
No, passes are non-transferable once printed but you are welcome to make changes before this. Our passes are valid for the full duration of the show, we don’t offer single day passes.
/ Can I Receive A Refund Or Credit If I Cancel My Booking?
Money20/20 is unable to offer refunds or credits for any current or future Money20/20 shows. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. Don’t forget, you can replace a delegate via your Pass Manager instead free of charge
